About Highway Tire & Auto Service

Highway Tire & Auto Service was established in 1959 as a one bay operation in Mount Holly, NJ. In 1964, Stan and Fran Scott purchased the business. They soon advanced into their current 8 bay facility on Route 38 in Mount Holly, NJ. In 2003, their daughter, Suzanne Applegate, followed in their footsteps and took over the business.

Over the years, Highway Tire & Auto Service has flourished into specializing in all types of automotive repair. They’ve also added towing services and have expanded with two other locations; Tire Emporium in Newfield and Medford Tire in Southampton. Suzanne and her two brothers, Stan and Mike, who own and run the other locations, work closely together to bring the same customer experience and quality of service that Stan and Fran started.
